Good incubators provide entrepreneurs with programs and services to help them succeed. These programs should be targeted to the specific needs of incubator clients and delivered in a cost-effective way, with the goal of developing successful start-ups. This workshop will explain how to draw an effective lineup of client services, covering topics such as the importance of value-added programs for clients, various incubator service delivery models, how to help your clients attract outside capital and more.
