Non-members and NBIA member attendees registering after the March 3 early-bird deadline also may be responsible for additional registration fees.

NBIA International Conference on Business Incubation Scholarship

Thanks to the generous support received during the Silent Auction at NBIA’s 20th International Conference on Business Incubation in St. Louis, NBIA will award five $500 scholarships for the 2007 conference in Seattle. These scholarships are available for first-time attendees only.

Scholarship recipients will be responsible for the remainder of the early-bird conference registration fee and all travel, lodging, meals and other expenses associated with attending the conference.

Scholarships will be awarded competitively to first-time conference attendees from traditionally under-represented segments of the business incubation industry, with preference given to applicants who are directly involved with or responsible for an incubation program. NBIA reserves the right to publish the names of scholarship recipients in its promotional material.

Application and Selection Process

Applicants must complete and return the application (download the conference scholarship application form at www.nbia.org/resource_center/downloads/index.php) to NBIA by Jan. 15, 2007. You may mail your application to NBIA, 20 East Circle Drive, #37198, Athens, OH 45701, or fax it to (740) 593-1996.
